My husband and I had a barn built by Pioneer, they do not hold to their warranties, stating that roofing used is up to the manufacturer, they won't tell who the manufacturer of roofing is, and when calling the woman that answers claiming to be part owner is extremely rude. Now they tell me that the roof is out of warranty and the warranty was never activated!!! I have records that show otherwise, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!
