What Mr. Chase did not tell you is that 2 different building inspectors; and a court of law decided that our company did nothing wrong. His house is not a new house and was not "square". This impacts what a contractor is able to correct. We went above and beyond to make him happy but nothing has worked. We too had pictures that we presented in court. WE WON because we have always and will continue to build with quality in mind.

This guy did a great sales job, got our money, flooded our house, installed new trusses so bad we had interior and exterior walls buckle! The cement porch he put on slopes towards the house, collecting rain top dump in our basement. The porch broke into the basement, knocking our chimney off it's base, and his daddy got involved (John) so that we couldn't get our money back or receive damages. Five years later I'm still waiting for him to pay me. Pictures available.
